PLT curriculum resources in the classrooms helps today’s educators teach tomorrow’s decision makers about the environment.
PLT education materials are designed to meet the common components of national education reform by using the constructivist approach to learning, whole language teaching, cooperative learning, problem solving, and authentic assessments. Materials are also correlated to state standards of learning.
Participants will receive:
- A PLT for Prek-8 Environmental Education Guide
- A certificate of participation stating your eligibility to receive 6 hours of recertification credit
- Ideas and techniques to use the Project Learning Tree guide with your students in and outside of the classroom
