A Weekend to Reconnect with Nature, Creativity, and Yourself

Step away from your everyday routine and into a thoughtfully curated weekend designed just for women. Set on our historic 330-acre riverside campus along the Potomac, Women in Nature Camp blends outdoor exploration, hands-on experiences, creative expression, and restorative moments, creating space to breathe, reflect, and have fun.

What Your Weekend Includes

Outdoor Exploration & Learning

  • Three gentle guided hikes through our woods, fields, and shoreline
  • One bird walk focused on observation, listening, and recognizing seasonal rhythms
  • Guided exploration of our gardens and campus, including the Living Building, Living Shoreline, and historic farmhouse art spaces

Hands-On Farm Experiences

  • A chance to connect with the farm, and even try your hand at cow milking

Creativity & Movement

  • Two to three guided art activities designed for all experience levels
  • One to two yoga sessions focused on gentle movement and restoration

Signature Moments

  • Beautiful views: An evening to unwind by the Potomac River, wine optional
  • Star Gazing: Two evenings of fun, connection, and shared experience under the stars

The Setting

Women in Nature Camp takes place on our scenic campus, where forests, farmland, wetlands, and the Potomac River come together. This landscape isn’t just a backdrop—it’s an active part of the experience, inviting reflection, creativity, and connection at every turn.

The Details

  • Dates: May 15–17, 2026
  • Cost: $475
  • Lodging: Shared bunkhouse accommodations designed for comfort and flexibility. Each participant will have her own bunk, with an upper or lower bed for sleeping and space for luggage storage. Participants may:
    • Book with a friend and reserve bunks across from one another, or
    • Book solo and enjoy their own section within the bunkhouse
  • Meals: Your weekend includes five meals (two dinners, one lunch, one breakfast and one brunch) and snacks will be available throughout.Wine and beer (optional) and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
  • Check In: Friday, May 15 at 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM
  • Check Out: Sunday, May 17 at 12:30 PM
