Piscataway Kayaking Adventure

Ready, set..kayak Piscataway Creek with the Alice Ferguson Foundation and Atlantic Kayak Company on June 10th!
Join the Alice Ferguson Foundation and Atlantic Kayak Company to explore nature and go on a kayaking adventure. The expedition includes a hayride to the river, safety demonstration, and guided tour of Piscataway Creek. Take in the scenic views of the protected Mount Vernon viewshed as you learn about the area’s rich natural surroundings and abundant bird life. Then, enjoy a bring your own picnic (we can refrigerate for you!) at our new pavilion before heading home.
Kayaks, life vests, and training included. Participants should expect to get wet and are encouraged to wear water-appropriate clothing and water-safe shoes. Bottled water, sunscreen, and a hat recommended.

Ages 8 and up are welcome to join. Children under 12 should be in a tandem with an adult.
Price:
- $125 for single kayak per person
- $95 for tandem kayak per person (singles will be matched)
