We will be cleaning the shoreline on the south shore of Piscataway Creek from our location east towards WSSC and west towards Denas Point We will also use watercraft to get out to the island that collects a lot of trash.
Cascades Community Association is a proud contributor to the efforts set forth by the Potomac Watershed Cleanup!
Cleaning up the shoreline at Fort Foote Park. The park will provide bags and gloves. We have a limited supply of trash grabbers. The trash bags need to be brought back up the hill for disposal.
We will be cleaning the shoreline on the north shore of Piscataway Creek from our Don Benedict Park towards 210 Highway to the east and west towards the Marina- if we can make it that far. We will also use watercraft to get out to the island that collects a lot of trash.

Troop 1658 from Port Tobacco, MD sponsors the Clean-Up event of 7500 feet of private property located off of Nanjemoy Creek to the Potomac River.
