Calling All Adventurers!

This day and residential camp is for rising 4th to 8th grade students. Campers will spend the day outdoors building confidence, exploring, swimming, learning and making new friends at our 330-acre environmental center and working farm. Activities include canoeing, swimming, archery, meeting farm animals and hiking through our wetlands and trails.

Our camps…

      • Are surrounded by nature.
      • Are led by certified, full-time staff work year round with children from across the region and have extensive experience in hands-on, outdoor programming.
      • Have air conditioned facilities.
      • Focus on small (20-40) person groups for a personalized experience.
      • Provide a real farm experience – campers will get their hands dirty while planting in our Children’s Garden and will make four-legged friends by interacting with our farm animals
      • Are located just 10 miles from DC!

Our programs aren’t just fun – they promote and model environmental stewardship and positive environmental habits through hands-on activities and exploration. Camp participants get to experience the farm, shoreline, and fun outdoor activities while growing friendships and building confidence. It’s a summer adventure of a lifetime.
