In nature, nothing is wasted. The Earth's resources are constantly recycled. If these resources, such as air and water, didn't recycle, we would run out. Every time you use a drinking fountain, or buy a bottle of water, you aren't drinking "NEW" water, you're drinking the same water that the DINOSAURS drank.
So, how does water get recycled? It moves from earth to sky and back again through the WATER CYCLE.
To do this, water has to change forms between solid (ice), liquid (water), and gas (water vapor) along the way. Water also moves over, around, and through the land; bodies of water; and living things as it travels.
